May be a dumb question but ...What you you call a younger guy in Korea ..Like the opposite of oppa I guess.

It’s not a dumb question, don’t worry!

There’s no “opposite of oppa”, since all those terms (hyung, noona, oppa, unnie) are used to address someone older than you as a form of respect. 
The “closest” to addressing someone younger than you, would be calling them dongsaeng (동생) but it sounds really off, as it means “person who is younger”.

Best thing you can do is call them by their name only!

Hey! They don’t currently have personal SNS accounts but you can easily reach out to them through their twitter @varsity_2017 

If you want other updates, mostly on their schedules, you can follow their staff’s twitter @varsity_staff

Kid had time to converse with some fans as well through their fancafe! 

They update their instagram just as often as they update twitter! @varsity_2017 

Finally, they also have a facebook account where you can actually message the admin, but in general twitter is the best place for them to actually see any message you may have for them!
